The City of Boise is reaching out with an opportunity for local organizations and residents to provide input as they plan how federal funding will be invested in our community.
Each year, the City of Boise receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address a wide range of community development needs, including support for services provided by local non-profit organizations.
Survey
The city wants to involve as many community members as possible in their yearly planning process. The first opportunity for involvement is through the surveys below. You may recognize some of the survey questions from their community survey last spring – this is because they are tracking data trends year over year to monitor changes in priorities or recommendations. This year the city has developed a survey specifically for partner organization staff and one for the clients/community members that the organization serves or connects with.
Please take the survey and also share it through your teams and networks so the city can hear from as many people as possible. The survey will be open from March 20 – March 31.
- Take the Community Partner staff survey
- Take the Resident survey in English or Spanish
