LEAP Housing
UPDATES
8/15/25 – Cay (LEAP Housing) said there was a groundbreaking ceremony for an additional 30 affordable rental homes in Falcon’s Landing in Mountain Home last month. LEAP Housing Impact Fund has been approved as a Certified Community Development Financial Institution. That means more opportunity for mission-driven capital to support affordable and workforce housing across Idaho. Fall Intern applications are now available on the LEAP website—fundraising, marketing, etc. LEAP is now offering free Workforce Housing 101 training which is available on line (check their website for details).
4/9/25 – LEAP Housing recently acquired a vacant skilled nursing facility to transform into affordable senior housing—but first, we need to clear out medical equipment to make room for renovations! Here’s some of the inventory we’re liquidating: Motorized beds, lift chairs & over-bed tables. Wheelchairs & shower assist chairs. Dressers, bedside tables & dispensers. Physical therapy aids & more. Need medical equipment or facility supplies? Email sycamorecommonsboise@gmail.com for the full inventory list. Your purchase will help fund affordable housing efforts in Idaho! LEAP is also in need of an accountant. Please contact LEAP Housing if interested.
