City of Boise – Renter Protections
With a goal of improving housing stability and access for Boise residents, the Boise City Council has created several protections for residents who rent their homes in Boise. (Note from Homeless Coalition: The State Legislature nullified Boise’s effort to cap rental application fees, and the current ordinance requires them to be “reasonable”.)
